The Lakes of Slate
This current body of work catalogues my journey to the lake. I am obsessed with lakes and rocks and in this project I combine painting with the sculptural beauty of slate. These are as much mosaic as abstract landscape.

Overland and Overwater This is my first slate lake painting. It is 23”x23” and is created using slate, mortar, acrylic ink, paint, enamel and different acrylic mediums on wedi board.
